I've recently been getting a lot of comments asking whether I could post more dairy-free recipes on my blog. Dairy affects women with PCOS differently, some are affected negatively and some (like myself) aren't affected at all. It really depends on your body and how it can handle dairy. I know that those who follow a dairy-free low carb diet or ketogenic diet sometimes have difficulty finding good recipes that are dairy-free. Outside of this post, I've also created a 21-day dairy free keto meal plan and a 7-day PCOS diet plan.
Most low carb recipes usually contain some kind of dairy, and most paleo recipes usually contain some sort of sweetener (maple syrup, honey, dates) or some kind of starch (cassava, arrowroot, tapioca) that is high in carbs. I decided to contact some of my fellow food bloggers to compile a list of dairy-free baked goodies from myself and them that are low carb, aka gluten-free and sugar-free! I hope this list helps anyone who follows a dairy-free diet!

Hi Mira,
I am a huge fan of your blog and I really admire your ability to create and adapt recipes.
I have a recipe for what I call "fauxtmeal" cookies using hemp hearts. They crubmbled immediately so they need a better binder. I am thinking psyllium husk and hot water? I found the recipe here <> Wondering if you have any idea to make it bind better.

Hmm psyllium and water will probably make them like cakes instead of cookies. It all depends on the recipe and what the dry/wet ingredient ratio you used was.
