Mira, you're great ❤️! Huge thanks for sharing this sheet. My experience with that diet cheat sheet and metformin has been really great so far. 5’6 SW198 CW183. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 months where for the last 3 years even one pound was impossible. So glad😊 I googled 'Get247met' and got metformin. I only take it once a night. I have had zero issues with my stomach or diarrhea. I avoid carbs mostly but I’m not overly strict, I cut out all beer and any sweet cocktails, I try not to eat bread or pasta and no desserts. I am so grateful for this change in my life. Hope this helps

Hi I'm looking for a complete yes/no PK Diet (Paleo Keto) food sheet, this looks like the "yes" part is that correct? Thanks, this info is surprisingly hard to find online.

If you normally eat a typical American diet, with lots of carbs and sugar, expect to feel tired and hungry for up to a week after beginning this healthy, PCOS-friendly diet. The good news is, despite the initial feelings of hunger or cravings, you will almost immediately feel better. You begin to feel lighter, more energetic, and WELL pretty quickly. I’ve found that the carb cravings never fully go away, and combatting them is pretty easy once you figure out replacements for the carb-laden treats you’re used to. I’ve found that the occasional 70% cacao chocolate bar, or berries and cream(I did say OCCASIONAL) really work to curb my sweet cravings, and pickles or roasted, unshelled peanuts are great for salty/crunchy cravings.

What does "fat is a lever" mean? Or is it supposed to say "never"?

Fat as a lever means eat fat until you're satisfied. You don't need to eat the whole amount, just until necessary.
