If you're not familiar with My PCOS Kitchen you may not know we recommend eating a keto diet to control PCOS symptoms. This means all the meals I eat are keto.
I tried over 60 of the keto meals FreezerFit and they are delicious. Some of the recipes needed tweaking but the comments on the site from other members helped with that. I didn't try the vegan recipes or any of the non-keto options so I can't help there. If they're similar to the keto recipes I'm sure you'll love them.
The portions are adjustable and the flavors are tasty. The quality and taste are almost as good as eating at a fancy restaurant, but it's so much cheaper.

I emailed two times because I didn't know how to use the meal plan calendar because I did not watch the instructional video after I signed up.

I don't have any experience with the Family Freezer but I received an email about this. They are two different websites with two different goals.
They both have freezer meal recipes but FreezerFit is meant to be healthier and has so many more options.
