800gchicken drumsticksabout 12
440gchicken wingsabout 10
1tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
½tspcayenne pepper
5tbspthai sweet chili sauce
1tspred pepper flakesoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
If your wings include their wingtip, chop it off with a knife (unless you like to eat the wingtip too).Prepare the Thai sweet chili sauce recipe.
Add the wings and drumsticks to a baking pan and drizzle the olive oil all over. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper all over the wings and mix with your hands so that the spices and oil have coated all of the wings. Line them up properly on the baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake 45 minutes.
Take the wings out of the oven and transfer to a large frying pan. Add the thai sweet chili sauce to the pan and coat the wings. Cook 2-5 minutes until the sauce has simmered down, thickened and coated all of the wings!Sprinkle those extra chili flakes for extra heat!
