Dairy Free Chicken Crust

  • 1 lb ground chicken or shredded chicken, canned chicken, ground turkey, ground pork, ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 medium egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and evenly mix with a spatula.
(Same thing for the dairy free crust)
  • Transfer the chicken pizza dough onto a baking tray with some parchment paper on top.
  • Spread the chicken dough evenly making whatever shape you want to make. Think circle, rectangle, heart and so on.
  • Bake the crust in the oven for 20 minutes and take out.
  • Add your choice of sauce and toppings to the crust and place back into the oven. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the toppings are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Take out of the oven and let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to bake your gluten free chicken pizza crust before adding the toppings on!
  • Make sure to spread the chicken crust evenly in order to get an even pizza dough.
  • Make sure to use parchment paper and not wax paper or aluminum paper when baking the chicken crust.  The chicken will stick to the wax and aluminum.
  • Instead of ground chicken, you can use shredded rotisserie chicken or canned chicken.  If you don't like chicken you can use ground beef, ground turkey or ground pork.
  • Instead of the mozzarella cheese, you can use any kind of cheese you want.
