Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

A delicious sticky sauce with no added sugar or starch!

Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp sugar free marmalade
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp tabasco or more chili oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp stevia powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a whisk or fork.  The sauce is now ready to be added to any dish.  Keep in a Tupperware in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
