Ingredients

  • cup water
  • 1 cup allulose
  • ½ tsp stevia powder
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water to make the lemonade

Instructions

  • In a small pot, add the water, allulose and stevia powder. Put on medium heat and stir until the allulose is completely dissolved.
  • Turn off the heat. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well. This is the lemonade syrup.
  • To make 1 cup of lemonade, add ¼ cup (60ml) of the lemonade syrup to a glass and add 1 cup (250ml) of water to that and mix well. Feel free to add ice cubes.
  • To make ½ gallon, in a large pitcher, add 2 cups (500ml) of lemonade syrup and add 8 cups (2L) of water to that. Mix well. If you want it less tangy, just add a bit more water to desired taste.
