No matter which waffle you decide to make, the steps are the same. Except for the churros waffle, the two ingredients for the coating will be added to the waffle once it's cooked!
Mix all of the waffle ingredients in one bowl. The batter is a little thick and sticky, especially if you use flax eggs.
Plug in your mini waffle maker and let it warm up completely.
Brush a good amount of oil on the lower and upper grills.
Separate your waffle batter in two. Take one half and spread it around the lower grill. It's kind of sticky, so make sure it spreads evenly. Close the waffle maker and let cook for 2-3 minutes. The longer it cooks, the crisper it gets.
Carefully remove the waffle from the waffle maker and add the last half of the batter. Repeat the steps. You'll now have two waffles to eat!
