Creamy Garlic Shrimps & Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 28 (500g/17oz) peeled shrimps
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 stems cilantro about ¼ cup
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Peel and devein your shrimps if needed.  Mince the garlic cloves.  Chop the cilantro.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the garlic cloves.  Cook for a minute or two and add the shrimps.  Cook for a minute and add all of the dry spices. Cook for a minute until the shrimps are cooked through. 
  • Turn off the heat, top with the cilantro, crumbled goat cheese and squeeze the lemon juice over everything.  It's ready to serve!
