28 (500g/17oz)peeled shrimps
2tbspbutter
4clovesgarlic
1tsppaprika powder
1tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
½tsponion powder
¼tspcayenne pepper
4stemscilantroabout ¼ cup
¼cupgoat cheese
1tsplemon juice
Instructions
Peel and devein your shrimps if needed. Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the cilantro.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the garlic cloves. Cook for a minute or two and add the shrimps. Cook for a minute and add all of the dry spices. Cook for a minute until the shrimps are cooked through.
Turn off the heat, top with the cilantro, crumbled goat cheese and squeeze the lemon juice over everything. It's ready to serve!
