Pesto Chicken Wings
The best baked wings you'll ever eat!
Servings 2 people
- 3 tbsp parsley pesto sauce
- 12 chicken wings or drumsticks or both
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
Coat the chicken wings with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Line them on a baking tray and place it in the oven. Bake for 50 minutes.
Take the wings out of the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Spoon the pesto over the wings and toss until all the wings are coated. Enjoy while they're hot.
