Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
This healthy recipe for cilantro lime vinaigrette is ready in minutes and is super easy to make. Just mix the ingredients and your homemade keto salad dressing is ready to go! So tangy and delicious, it goes well over different Mexican salads and proteins like chicken or pork.

1 cup cilantro stems removed 3 tbsp avocado oil or light olive oil 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp Himalayan Salt ½ cup greek yogurt or nomal yogurt 2 limes
Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro stems into two.
Add the cilantro, avocado oil, garlic, salt, yogurt into a food processor. Squeeze the juice out of the limes into the food processor.
Pulse until all of the cilantro has been chopped to pieces and the dressing is all mixed together, about 1 minute.
Pour in a glass salad jar and refrigerate. It'll stay good in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
