Instructions
Put the cashews in a food processor.
Process until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides from time to time.
When the butter starts to get creamy, process until desired consistency.
Notes
Try making your own nut butter with different nuts! Add stevia powder or coconut oil for added sweetness or for a more creamy texture.For the nutritional value, I simply put 1 cup of cashews and added what values it had to the chart.
