Chocolate Raspberry Chia Parfait

A delicious and sweet chia parfait coated with fresh raspberries and chocolate!

  • 1.25 cup unsweetened almond milk 310ml, or cashew milk
  • 1.25 cup raspberries 310ml
  • 6 tbsp homemade nutella
  • 6 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries for topping
  • 20 g lily's dark chocolate bar for topping
  • 1/4 tsp stevia powder


  • In a food processor or blender, puree the raspberries. Add the milk, stevia powder, and chia seeds. Mix to combine. Pour the liquid into a tupperware and refrigerate for minimum 4hours.
  • Add 3 tbsp of nutella to the bottom of 2 glasses, pour half the chia pudding, top with fresh raspberries and grate some dark chocolate over the raspberries.


*If you don't feel like making homemade nutella, feel free to substitute it for unsweetened almond butter /hazelnut butter/cashew butter!
