Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

A delicious cilantro lime salad dressing that can be poured over any salads!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro stems removed
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil or light olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or nomal yogurt
  • 2 limes

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro stems into two.
  • Add the cilantro, avocado oil, garlic, salt, yogurt into a food processor. Squeeze the juice out of the limes into the food processor.
  • Pulse until all of the cilantro has been chopped to pieces and the dressing is all mixed together, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in a glass salad jar and refrigerate.  It'll stay good in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
