Meet Courtney Woodside, RD, LDN
Courtney is a specialist in balancing hormones related to PCOS. Her methods include high protein, low carb, and ketogenic diets, as well as intermittent fasting.
She has a Bachelors of Exercise Science and completed a Masters of Public Health - Registered Dietitian program in December 2013.
For over 10 years, she worked as an RD in an obesity medicine practice, where the emphasis was on optimizing metabolism and fat loss via diet and lifestyle changes. Having struggled with her weight and hormone issues throughout her adolescent years, Courtney has genuine empathy and passion to help others.
