    🍋 Ingredients

The ingredients to make this lemon slushie couldn't be easier. You just need 3 ingredients in total to make my keto frozen lemonade without sugar. This is a frozen lemonade without ice cream so it's nice and lemony and tastes just like a slushie from all of the ice!

    • Lemonade concentrate: You'll need a ¼ cup (60ml) of this lemonade concentrate to make this lemonade slushie.
    • Ice
    • Water

    Sweeteners

The lemonade syrup uses allulose and stevia as its main sweetener as both of the keto sweeteners do not crystalize in the fridge or freezer. You could swap the allulose for xylitol, but I recommend allulose for better taste (especially if you have a dog or cat in the house).

How to Make Frozen Lemonade 🥤

Once you have your 3 ingredients ready, all you have to do is put everything in a powerful blender and blitz away for a good 30-40 seconds.

    There, how easy was that?

    Frozen Lemonade Variations

If you want to switch things up a bit, feel free to change the ingredients or add some to make different keto lemonade drinks. Here are some of my favourite ice lemonade recipes:

    • Frozen Strawberry Lemonade: Add ½ cup to 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries.
    • Frozen Limeade: Switch the lemon juice for lime juice in the lemon concentrate.
    • Frozen Lemonade with Vodka: Add 3-4 tablespoons of vodka for a nice frozen cocktail.
    • Copycat Chick-Fil-A Frozen Lemonade: Add ½ cup of your favourite keto vanilla ice cream.

    Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

    Which Blender do you recommend?

I recommend using a powerful blender strong enough to break ice for a slushie. I personally use either my Blendtec or Vitamix.

Fresh lemon juice or bottles lemon juice?

Fresh tastes better, but if you don't have any that's fine. You can use bottled lemon juice too.
